About the role
The AI & Automations Enablement Specialist is a hands-on solutions lead responsible for the end-to-end analysis, design, build, and deployment of AI and automation solutions that improve productivity, utilisation, and cost-to-serve across the ANZ Valuation business. Operating within Technology & Engineering and partnering closely with the ANZ Engineering team, you will personally develop business-ready solutions using UiPath and frontier AI models (including Claude and Microsoft Copilot), and enable business teams to adopt and self-serve through training, prompt libraries, and lightweight governance. The role owns solutions end to end from elicitation and solution design through to build, deployment, and hyper-care working alongside the Senior Solutions Lead, business stakeholders, and engineering peers. You will build deep relationships with ANZ Valuation stakeholders, identify and prioritise quick-win opportunities, design and deliver RPA and AI-enabled solutions.
About you
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying automation and/or AI solutions in a business setting.
- Demonstrated experience personally developing and deploying production automations with UiPath and/or AI models not in an oversight or design-only capacity.
- Hands-on experience with frontier AI models (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GPT-class models), including prompt design, configuration, evaluation, and iteration.
- Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements for RPA and AI-enabled solutions, and translating them into implementation-ready designs.
- Proven ability to design and build end-to-end automation solutions including process decomposition, exception handling, decision points, and handoffs across RPA and AI components.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between business, technical, and AI concepts.
- Strong commercial mindset - able to prioritise based on value, effort, and risk, and focus on outcomes over outputs.
- Pragmatic, curious, and outcomes-focused, able to move quickly from idea to working solution while maintaining quality and safety.
- Desirable: experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows; prior exposure to property, valuation, or financial services.
