Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years' experience as a Data Scientist with a Data Engineering edge
- Proficient in Python (R, SAS, etc. are not core to this environment)
- Practical experience with classical ML libraries: XGBoost, NLTK, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Solid background in data engineering workflows
- A disciplined approach to coding- clean architecture, version control, and documentation are second nature
