What you’ll do
What we’re looking for$200–$250k + Super + Equity
Melbourne (Hybrid)

What you’ll do
- Design and deliver AI-first features for a real product
- Build agentic systems and RAG pipelines that work at scale
- Own system performance, reliability and user impact
- Ship fast, iterate fast and work directly with founders on product direction
- Heavy Python engineering background
- Ideally have experienced a start-up culture
- Proven experience building consumer-facing features or products
- GCP and Kubernetes experience
- Strong capability in RAG architecture and agentic frameworks
- Someone who can turn an idea into a working feature in days, not months
