About the Role

You'll join a large engineering function of a Big 4 Bank (12 local, 12 offshore) and work closely with a small group of AI-focused engineers to design, build, and deploy new automation and AI features across platforms including:

  • ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot

  • Enterprise automation and AI tooling

  • Vendor-delivered AI capabilities

A key part of the role is assessing vendor AI solutions, determining feasibility, and contributing to the design and deployment of scalable automation features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate platform and system capabilities

  • Build AI-enabled features (ChatGPT, Copilot, internal automation tools)

  • Review and validate vendor AI offerings

  • Collaborate with local and offshore engineering teams

  • Contribute creative ideas for improving automation and AI functionality

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in system administration and automation

  • Hands-on software engineering and development capability

  • Experience building or deploying AI-driven solutions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-centric environment

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
