ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a critical role in triaging AI-related requests, supporting the AI Ethics and Advisory Committee, and leading cutting-edge AI experimentation initiatives. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues, tackle complex challenges, and shape the future of responsible AI development.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and partner with a wide range of stakeholders to understand business needs, build strong relationships, and ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Efficiently triage and prioritise AI requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide technical and strategic support to the AI Ethics and Advisory Committee, contributing to policy development and ethical decision-making.
  • Lead experimentation and pilot projects in AI and machine learning, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and engagement.

You have a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to embrace challenges. Additionally, you are committed to upholding ethical standards in AI and promoting responsible innovation.  To be successful in this role you will also demonstrate:

  • 5+ years driving impactful AI and IT projects as a Senior Business Analyst in dynamic, cross-functional teams
  • Leading or contributing to AI projects
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Desired: Proficiency in SDLC, Test Development Lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
