ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a critical role in triaging AI-related requests, supporting the AI Ethics and Advisory Committee, and leading cutting-edge AI experimentation initiatives. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues, tackle complex challenges, and shape the future of responsible AI development.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner with a wide range of stakeholders to understand business needs, build strong relationships, and ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organisational goals.
- Efficiently triage and prioritise AI requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide technical and strategic support to the AI Ethics and Advisory Committee, contributing to policy development and ethical decision-making.
- Lead experimentation and pilot projects in AI and machine learning, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and engagement.

- 5+ years driving impactful AI and IT projects as a Senior Business Analyst in dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Leading or contributing to AI projects
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Desired: Proficiency in SDLC, Test Development Lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
