Microsoft Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud technologies, to design and develop scalable enterprise AI solutions, lead customer engagements, and deliver proof of concepts, with strong skills in Agentic AI, Automation, and financial services domain knowledge. You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, already based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

• Collaborate with strategic customers to envision, plan, and design innovative technology solutions tailored to their business needs and objectives.

• Architect and design integrated solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

• Provide thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions.

• Collaborate with Microsoft Sales and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and leverage their expertise.

• Drive customer workshops, presentations, and hackathons, collaborating with account and sales teams.

• Develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and frameworks to provide differentiated value propositions.

• Provide clients facing demos, presentations, and webinars.

• Lead responses for RFIs, RFPs, and large enterprise pursuits.

• Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to craft winning proposals and solution strategies.

• Represent the practice in client meetings, conferences, and webinars.

• Over 12 years in IT, with 3+ years in consulting, cloud architecture, or low-code/no-code app delivery.
• Proven experience in leading Microsoft practices or large programs
• Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Power Platform, M365 and Dynamics.
• Knowledgeable in ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Architect level certificate in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and/or Azure.
• Effective presenter to technical and executive audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services domain and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and achieving business growth
• Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs and managing large-scale pursuits.
