As a Performance and Reward Delivery Manager you'll play a vital role in leading the adoption of artificial intelligence techniques to improve Performance and Reward based processes and foster innovation. What you'll do:

  • Act as a trusted partner to People & Culture Business Partners, supporting the Performance & Reward strategic team to deliver the Performance & Reward strategies.
  • Enhancing delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Utilising Power BI for data visualisation and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team.
  • Implementing automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations.
  • Drive and support key projects and change initiatives focused on enhancing performance and reward frameworks.
  • Analyse, interpret, and expand on data, financial models, and reports to deliver meaningful insights and practical recommendations that inform strategic decisions throughout the year.
  • Maintain and uphold the integrity of our pay framework and structures, ensuring they remain aligned with the company's values and strategic objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong Excel and data analytics capability (advanced formulas, large dataset handling, pivot modelling, data validation, dashboarding).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday or similar enterprise systems).
  • Hands-on experience in performance and reward processes, including remuneration cycles and market benchmarking.
  • Working knowledge of external compensation frameworks (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Experience supporting or coordinating annual performance and remuneration cycles.
  • Understanding of job architecture, benchmarking, and reward governance.
  • Ability to analyse pay outcomes and generate insights for stakeholders.
