About the role:

We're looking for an AI GTM Engineer who sits at the intersection of revenue operations, sales, and engineering. This isn't a traditional product or DevRel role — you'll be embedded in our Revenue org, building the AI-powered systems, agents, and workflows that directly drive pipeline and remove friction from our sales motion.

Your primary mandate is twofold: rebuild and modernise our lead funnel using AI-first architecture, and design and deploy a suite of internal AI agents that eliminate repetitive, manual work for our AEs and SDRs — giving them more time to sell.

You'll be hands-on with tools, APIs, and automation frameworks, but equally comfortable presenting to stakeholders and translating technical work into business impact.

What you'll be doing:

Lead Funnel Modernisation

  • Audit, redesign, and rebuild our end-to-end lead funnel with AI-first tooling and architecture.
  • Implement intelligent lead scoring, routing, and enrichment workflows.
  • Integrate AI capabilities across our CRM, marketing automation, and inbound/outbound channels.
  • Establish feedback loops that continuously improve funnel performance using real conversion data.

AI Agent Development (Internal Sales & CX)

  • Design and build AI agents and automated workflows that reduce manual tasks for AEs, SDRs, and CX team members.
  • Examples include: call prep agents, follow-up drafting tools, objection-handling assistants, CRM hygiene automations, and meeting summary workflows.
  • Identify the highest-friction, highest-volume tasks across the sales team and systematically eliminate them.
  • Build with reliability and adoption in mind — agents that reps actually use, not shelfware.

AI Sales Outreach

  • Build and iterate on AI-powered outbound workflows — personalised at scale without sacrificing quality.
  • Develop sequencing logic, dynamic personalisation layers, and response-handling automations.
  • Work with sales leadership to define quality standards and guardrails for AI-generated outreach.

GTM Tooling & Integration

  • Own the technical layer of our GTM stack — connecting, customising, and extending tools via API and automation.
  • Evaluate and implement new AI tools, platforms, and frameworks that improve sales productivity.
  • Build internal dashboards and reporting to track agent performance and workflow ROI.

What you'll have:

Must-Have

  • Experience building with modern AI platforms such as:
    • OpenAI APIs
    • Anthropic - Claude Code, Cowork
    • Google DeepMind
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) and CRM integrations (ideally Salesforce).
  • Ability to translate ambiguous sales problems into structured technical solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, low-process environment — you define the process.

Highly Regarded

  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for building automations and integrations.
  • Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering at a production level.
  • Background in a sales, RevOps, or pre-sales/sales engineering environment.
  • Prior work building internal tooling for GTM teams (not just external-facing demos).
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment.
