The Unloan Insights team partners closely with crews across Unloan to enable better decision-making through data, analytics, and insights. Unloan is CBA's digital home loan business and part of Retail Banking Services. The team plays a key role in understanding business performance, identifying opportunities, and improving customer outcomes through effective use of data.

You will join a team of analytics and insights professionals who combine technical capability, commercial judgement, and strong business context to solve meaningful problems and shape how data and AI are applied across Unloan.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Analytics Manager to join the In Life team at Unloan. The In Life team supports existing customers by improving their experience, increasing the value they receive from Unloan, and driving long-term retention.

In this role, you will lead analytics initiatives that turn complex data into actionable insight, improve performance, and support decision-making across the In Life portfolio. You will also uplift reporting and visualisation and help shape how AI can enable self-service BI and more democratic access to insights.

More specifically, you will:

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting that make performance easy to track and understand
• Apply AI and advanced analytics to improve how insights are generated, accessed, and scaled
• Act as a trusted advisor to In Life leadership and squads by defining success metrics, identifying and sizing opportunities, and supporting data-led prioritisation
• Raise the quality, consistency, and impact of analytics across the In Life domain

We're looking for people who have:

• Strong analytics experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Proven ability to turn data into clear recommendations and influence decisions
• Strong dashboarding, data visualisation, and storytelling capability
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with analytics platforms
• Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (Microsoft Fabric / Power BI preferred)
• Experience in retention, customer lifecycle, or In Life analytics (advantageous)
• Experience using AI to support analytics or insight generation (advantageous)
