Job description
Posted Saturday 10 January 2026 at 9:44 pm | Expires Tuesday 10 February 2026 at 6:59 am

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and work closely with our AI platform specialists, product teams, Principal and Staff Engineers, and enterprise architects to deliver impactful, intelligent user experiences.

The Senior AI Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable systems that integrate generative AI capabilities into real-world applications. This role focuses on applying software engineering best practices to AI-powered solutions – particularly those leveraging foundation models and APIs for tasks such as content generation, summarization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agents. It involves orchestration of AI components, API design, integration with business systems, and ensuring performance, observability, and maintainability in production environments.

The Senior AI Engineer is expected to lead by example in code quality, architectural decisions, and operational ownership.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with .NET/C#, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python
  • Solid experience designing and implementing distributed cloud native systems (preferably with AWS) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Mistral)
  • Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar
  • Experience designing and consuming secure REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Passionate about leveraging AI to improve user experience and business processes
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and meet them through well designed programs
