The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Data Engineer / Data Scientist to take the lead in developing and owning our Customer Data Platform (CDP) within the Microsoft Fabric environment.

This hybrid role blends data engineering, analytics, and data science expertise to create a unified guest view and unlock actionable insights across marketing, ticketing, digital, and operations.

You’ll be a driving force in our data-driven transformation, designing and optimizing data pipelines, developing predictive models, and ensuring data integrity and governance. Your work will power smarter decisions, personalize guest experiences, and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
Here’s how you’ll make an impact. You’ll be:
• Leading the design, build, and maintenance of the VRTP Customer Data Platform in Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from systems like Ticketing, POS, PMS, and CRM.
• Managing data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization to create a single, trusted view of every guest.
• Developing and maintaining data models, dataflows, and semantic layers within Fabric.
• Ensuring the CDP is scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards and privacy regulations.
• Championing data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to uncover insights, solve business challenges, and enable data-driven decision-making.
