About the Role

We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This newly created role will focus on uplifting data-driven decision making across our Customer business including Marketing, Loyalty, Digital and Customer Care.

You'll be responsible for building predictive models, analysing performance and delivering insights that empower cross-functional teams to make impactful decisions and create personalised customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

Build and deploy predictive models (e.g. churn, next best offer, purchase propensity) using Databricks
Embed customer insights and predictive scores into a unified Customer 360 view
Design and execute marketing measurement frameworks (MMM, campaign effectiveness, 1:1 marketing)
Analyse customer care performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support loyalty program optimisation through data-driven insights
Advise on data integration strategies for marketing technology platforms
Design and analyse A/B tests and controlled experiments
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders
